These terms govern your use of the UP Bhulekh Form Filler Chrome extension and this website. By installing the extension or buying a package, you agree to the terms below.
UP Bhulekh Form Filler is a Chrome extension that automates the Ansh Nirdharan (ownership share entry) workflow on upbhulekh.gov.in. You pick a land parcel and click Start; the extension fills in share and area for every owner on the page on your behalf.
The extension is a user-interface automation tool. It does not bypass any government authentication and does not collect or transmit any land-record content to our servers.
The extension paces submissions (1.5s–6s configurable) to behave like a careful human operator. You agree not to modify the extension, run multiple copies in parallel, or otherwise attempt to exceed reasonable submission rates on the government site. We may revoke coupons or balances for accounts that abuse the service.
Sugam Digital is an independent operator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the Board of Revenue, or any agency that operates upbhulekh.gov.in. "Bhulekh" and any other government marks remain the property of their respective owners.
The extension depends on the structure and availability of upbhulekh.gov.in. If the government site changes, goes offline, or rate-limits access, the extension's behavior may degrade until we ship an update. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugam Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data-entry errors, lost time, missed deadlines, or any consequence of submissions made through the extension. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
What we collect and how we use it is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we store the Google account details of signed-in users and per-entry usage counts. We do not store the form content, land-parcel data, or Aadhaar numbers.
You can stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend an account for violations of these terms, abuse of the service, or fraudulent payment activity.
We may update these terms when the service changes. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
